Short for Repurposing Business, rēp is a training program of The Institute that equips people to repurpose businesses, getting them into God’s business. The tagline, Repurposing Business—Transforming Society®  indicates that the idea is not just to improve a business but to get businesses and businesspeople engaged in changing the world for the better through business.

Apart from the many hours of interactive teaching, proprietary business assessments and tools, plus an extensive reading list, you will receive benefits including:

Training modules explore key drivers of business from a biblical perspective such as:

• What is God’s business?
• What is God’s purpose for a business?
• How does God develop products, and can we develop products with the Holy Spirit as a collaborator?
• What are God’s marketing principles and techniques, and how do they apply today?
• Does scripture favour one economic model over another? And what does the bible say about debt, interest, capital, and working capital?
• How do you integrate faith and order in a business?
• How do rationale and revelation co-exist in a Spirit-led business?
• How does a non-business-owner have influence? How did the Josephs and Daniels do it?
• What is the legitimate sphere of influence of a corporation? Will God hold them accountable for everyone the business could have served?
• How does you get a business into God’s Business?

Graduates will have competency in: 

• Clearly articulating a business purpose 
• Aligning all aspects of a business operating model behind its purpose 
• Defining foundational principles and meaningful ways to implement them  
• Leveraging the positioning of the business and sphere of influence to maximize impact 
• Planning and documenting a measurable score card towards transforming a business and society

This is a self-paced course but with the added value of a community to connect with.

How it works:

• Start with rēp 101 and work your way through all 5 modules in order, completing a total of 27 lessons.
• Our online platform hosts teaching videos, reading, resources, downloads and applied learning assignments. 
• Work through this content at your own pace and convenience.
• Each module requires +/- 20 hours to complete.
• Additionally, you will receive access to our Kingdom Business Community where we host a weekly, 60 minute, LIVE Community Call.  
• Access to the community is for 3 months when purchased per module or 1 year when purchased as a full package.
• If you can't make the session you will be able to watch the recording.

Commissioning:

At the end of the 105 module, you get to take part in a special online Commissioning where we celebrate your rēp journey.

Once you have completed all 5 modules, not only will you be equipped to repurpose your own business or view your workplace through the eyes of a repurposed lens, but you will also be eligible to travel with a consulting team to repurpose a client business in one of our international locations such as South Africa, Indonesia, and India.
